Do you have info to share with HuffPost reporters? Here’s how.
Graeme Demianyk is a reporter and editor living in New York City, having moved to the U.S. from the U.K. in 2016. He is a senior reporter on the breaking news team, largely covering politics. He also contributes as an editor on the front page team. He started his career in journalism more than 20 years ago, cutting his teeth on local newspapers in the South West of England. In 2010, he moved to London to report on the U.K. parliament. As a political correspondent for national and local titles, he interviewed multiple British prime ministers and led coverage of big elections, including the Brexit referendum. After arriving in New York, he worked for HuffPost’s U.K. team as a senior editor, covering major stories including London’s deadly Grenfell Tower fire and the 2016 and 2020 U.S. elections. He became part of HuffPost’s U.S. team in his current role in 2024. When he’s not working, you can find him scouring the internet for vintage soccer jerseys and hanging with his wife and their dog, a coton de tulear called Marple. He can be contacted on graeme.demianyk@huffpost.com.
