It wasn't what many people assumed.

The creators of “South Park” on Tuesday offered a behind-the-scenes look at what has rapidly become one of the show’s most infamous episodes.

Last week’s story included the city of South Park settling a lawsuit with the president by paying him millions in cash and promising to make a series of pro-Trump PSAs.

The first one aired at the end of the show. Instead of a cartoon Trump, it featured a very realistic Trump tearing off his clothing as he trudges through the desert.

“No matter how hot it gets, he’s not afraid to fight for America,” the narrator says.

After the faux Trump collapses in the sand, a small penis with googly eyes rises from the president’s crotch and says: “I’m Donald J. Trump and I endorse this message.”

The narrator adds: “Trump: His penis is teeny tiny, but his love for us is large.”

Many assumed the all-too-realistic ad was an AI creation.

But the images released on the “South Park” social media feed show that it was largely done with practical effects.

An actor portrayed Trump, although his face appears to have been given a deepfake makeover, and the penis was “South Park” co-creator Trey Parker’s index finger with a small prosthetic.
